It is located in the Cami-i Kebir District of Develi District and is open to worship. There is no inscription in the mosque giving the date of construction and the patron, and the building dates back to XVI. It must have been built at the beginning of the century. The mosque, consisting of five naves parallel to the mihrab in the north-south direction, was built entirely of cut stone, and the wooden beamed ceiling was covered with a hipped roof.


H 1318/M on the sentence gate. There is a repair inscription dated 1900. The mihrab, which has a monumental artistic craftsmanship, was built in the XIII century in Yukarı Develi. It is an enlarged copy of the altar of Hızır İlyas Tomb, which was built in the mid-century.
