It is located in Kayseri Citadel, next to the northern wall. The building is solid and open to worship. The work has no inscription. It is unclear exactly when the mosque was built. However, it is known that it was built in the second half of the 15th century, under the supervision of Gedik Ahmet Pasha, during the reign of Mehmet the Conqueror after the conquest of the city by the Ottomans. It has a square plan and is covered with a single dome. It is known that there was a small mosque in the castle during the Seljuk period. It is learned from the archive records that it was repaired in 1778 and 1886, and it was restored in 2015-2020 and gained its present form.
