Location: It is located in Güzelöz Neighborhood, Yeşilhisar District of Kayseri Province.

Date : Byzantine Period

Plan and Architectural Features: It is a "closed Greek" cross plan type masonry structure, which is covered with a dome in the middle and vaults at four corners. The building was built entirely with cut stone. G. De Jerphanion mentions that there was a highly damaged marble inscription on the pulley of the building, which is now under the Kayseri Museum Directorate, at the beginning of the 19th century, and he claimed that the building might have been built in the Middle Ages, based on the square forms of the letters E and C in the inscription. In line with the interpretations of different researchers and based on the plan type of the building, it is possible to say that it may have been built in the Middle Byzantine Period. The building, which was used as a mosque for a while, has lost its originality today. There are traces of frescoes around the dome drum of the church. Today, it is known as the Mavrucan church mosque.

Material and Technique: It was built from cut stone.
