For the syrup, boil the sugar and water. Add grape molasses and boil for a few more minutes and turn off the heat. Fry the flour in butter and olive oil on low heat until it turns pink. Slowly add the syrup to the flour. After cooking for 2 more minutes on low heat, put them in bowls. Serve with finely chopped walnuts sprinkled on top.
