Mix the egg, water and salt, add the flour little by little, knead until you get a smooth and hard dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Boil the potatoes, add salt and pepper, mash well and mix. Make 2 meringues from the dough. Roll out the meringues to the size of a phyllo with a rolling pin. Cut 2 cm wide strips, prepare 2 cm square ravioli dough from the cut strips. Put the potato stuffing we prepared on the dough you cut and fold it in the form of an amulet. Boil the Mantı ravioli for 15 minutes, add chili peppers burned in butter and serve.
