Wash the rice and drain the water. Put the rice in the pot and boil it by adding 3 glasses of water and salt. Cook on low heat until the rice is open and leave to cool. Add 4 glasses of cold water to the strained yogurt and mix. Add the cooled rice and mix well. Serve the cold soup by adding dried mint.
