Mince onions, peppers and tomatoes finely. Fry the noodles in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Put the olive oil and butter in the pan and fry the minced meat. Add the onions to the ground beef that absorbs the water and fry for 5 more minutes. Add salt, pepper and tomato paste and fry for a few more minutes, then add the tomatoes and peppers and cook for 7-10 minutes on low heat. Add 10 glasses of water and salt to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the noodles in boiling water and boil for 7-8 minutes. Drain the softened noodles, mix with the prepared mince sauce and serve.
