Chop the tomatoes and peppers coarsely and remove the garlic. Put the chopped steaks on the tray, pour salt, pepper and olive oil on them, mix them and place them on the tray. Sprinkle the pepper and garlic on the tray. Arrange the remaining cutlets on it. Cover the meat with tomatoes. Sprinkle finely chopped fat rendered from the tail of a lamb and salt on the tomatoes. Bake covered for 1 hour, uncovered for 45 minutes at 180 degrees and serve.
