APRICOT PESTİL

Wash the apricots and remove the seeds. Separate a glass of water, put the rest on the stove and add the apricots into it. Continue cooking until the apricots are cooked and dispersed. When the apricots are well dispersed, add sugar. After boiling for half an hour with sugar, mix the remaining water and starch and add it to the pot. With starch for a few minutes stir and boil. Then immediately spread the pulp on a wide and thin cloth. Dry in a sunny place for at least 12 hours. Then turn the other side of the cloth and continue drying. Carefully separate it from the cloth and serve.

 

MULBERRY PESTİL

Wash the mulberries and put them in a saucepan with 3 glasses of water and bring them to a boil. When the mulberries boil and disperse well, put them in a strainer and mash thoroughly. Add sugar to the strained mulberry juice and boil it for another 30 minutes. Mix the starch with a glass of water and add it to the pot. Simmer for a couple of minutes and turn off the heat. Then immediately spread the pulp on a wide and thin cloth. Dry in a sunny place for at least 12 hours. Then turn the other side of the cloth and continue drying. Carefully separate it from the cloth and serve.
