Mince the garlic thoroughly. Add the garlic, bread crumbs and spices to the minced meat and knead. Roll into equal sized pieces, press them into shape. Cook on both sides, either on charcoal fire or in a pan. Serve the cooked meatballs with parsley, onion and sumac cheese.
