Add sugar and water to the pot and bring to a boil over low heat. While it is boiling, add lemon juice and boil for two more minutes and turn off the heat. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and eggs in a bowl. Add flour to the mixed ingredients, knead and prepare a soft dough. Make walnut-sized balls from the dough. Cover the meringues and rest for 30 minutes. Open it one by one by sprinkling starch on it and after opening it, hold it in the middle and turn it clockwise. Place the chopped walnuts in the middle, close the edges, turn them upside down, and arrange them side by side on the oiled tray. Sprinkle the remaining melted butter on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. After waiting for a while, add the cold syrup to the baklava. Let stand for at least 1 hour and serve.
