Boil the washed figs in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain. Fry the butter and flour until golden brown. Add sugar and cinnamon on it and make the stuffing ready. Open the bottoms of the figs and fill the stuffing. Arrange them on the tray with the stems facing up, sprinkle sugar on top and drizzle milk. Put the tray on the stove and cook the figs until the milk is absorbed. Serve the ready dessert hot.
