Braise the ground beef in butter and olive oil. Add finely minced onions to the ground beef that absorbs water and continue frying. Add salt, pepper and tomato paste and fry for 3 more minutes. Add grated tomatoes and minced peppers, add 6 glasses of hot water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Add the pasta to the cooked mince sauce and cook until the pasta is soft. Serve with garlic yoghurt on top.
