 Melt the butter in a pan. Add tahini to the butter you bought in a bowl and mix. Then prepare a soft dough by kneading with flour, water and salt. Divide it into 6 meringues of the same size, spread the tahini mortar all over the dough that you rolled out as thick as ravioli dough. Sprinkle some flour on it. Fold it 2 inches thick from the outside to the inside. Make a hole in the middle. Enlarge this hole to the sides by twisting it. Divide the dough, which has become a folded wide circle, into 2 equal parts. Shape each piece by rotating it around itself. Let the dough on the tray rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes so that the oil freezes. Roll out the rested dough with the help of rolling pin. Cook and serve on a hot plate or in a pan without oil.
