Boil dried okra with vinegar, salt and 5 glasses of water for 5-7 minutes. Then wash with cold water. Fry the chopped onion in butter until it turns pink. Continue frying by adding the finely chopped meat. After frying for 7-8 minutes, add tomato paste, dried okra, lemon juice and spices. Add enough water and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes and serve.
