Braised the spinach with pastrami
Wash the spinach in plenty of water, clean it thoroughly and separate the roots and leaves. Boil the parts of the leaves with a small amount of water. Finely mince the boiled spinach. Boil the rice or bulgur with water and salt until the water evaporates. Fry the onion and minced meat in olive oil for 10 minutes and add the pastrami or sausage if desired. Add rice or bulgur (as you wish) and finely minced spinach. Braise for 5 minutes on medium heat and serve.
