Mix the egg yolk, yogurt and olive oil. Cool a layer of dough and spread the mixture. Do the same with the other phyllo sheets on top of each other. Divide the dough into 8 triangular pieces. Put pastrami on each triangle and wrap. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with black cumin and sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes and serve.
