Mix the egg, water and salt. Add the flour little by little and knead until you get a smooth and hard dough and let it sit for 30 minutes. Take the finely chopped onion, parsley, grated white cheese and red pepper powder in a bowl and mix well. Make 3 meringues from the dough. Roll out the meringues to the size of phyllo with a rolling pin and Cut 3 cm wide strips. Prepare 3 cm square ravioli dough from the cut strips. Put the stuffing in the middle of the dough. Fold the dough into triangles so that the opposite sides overlap. Fry the ravioli in butter. Add the tomato paste to the melted butter. Add salt, red pepper powder and boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Add the fried ravioli to the sauce, cook for another 5-6 minutes and serve.
