Date : It was built in the second half of the 16th century.
Plan and Architectural Features: The pointed arch covering the niche of the single-arched fountain, which has a horizontal rectangular form, sits on the fountain wall on the sides. There are two oval cartridges on the fountain wall above the arch keystone. While the phrase "Maşallah" is written in the left one, the date 1376 is seen in the right one. Today, there is only one nozzle on the stone on the niche wall.
Decoration: As an ornament on the fountain; profiled moldings on eaves, edges and legs can be mentioned.
Material and Technique: Completely smooth cut stone was used in the construction of the fountain.
Inscription: H.1376/M.1956.
Dating: It is learned from historical sources that Mimar Sinan had a fountain built in his hometown. This fountain was demolished and ruined over time, and today's fountain was built in 1956 in its place.
