It is located in Kayseri Province, Melikgazi District, Cumhuriyet Neighborhood, approximately 50 meters north of Kayseri Ulu Mosque. The fountain niche, built with two arches inside one another, resembles an iwan. In terms of its dimensions, this fountain is the largest of the fountains in Kayseri. The fountain, which is understood to have been built by Sheikh Müeyyed in 1390 in its inscription and may be in the current fountain or in another place, was destroyed for an unknown reason, and the inscription of the first fountain was placed in the upper left corner of today's fountain, which was probably built at the beginning of the 19th century.
