Gilaburu, Latin name Viburnum opulus, is a wild fruit naturally found in Anatolia. The gilaburu grown in Bünyan is more juicy, coarse-grained and red in color than the others. Bünyan Gilaburus is also grown as an ornamental plant with its flamboyant white flowers, bright red fruits and leaves that turn red in autumn.
