Clock tower II. It was built by Tavlusunlu Salih Usta in 1906 with the order of Abdülhamit and the support of Kayseri Governor Haydar Bey. The rectangular space next to it was built as a clock room. The tower, which is 15 meters high, is accessed by spiral stairs. During the National Struggle, it was used as the Kayseri Branch of the Anatolian and Rumelian Defense of Rights Association. There is a rectangular opening in the pointed pyramidal cone that closes the tower, and there is a clock bell inside. The structure, which was built of cut stone, is divided into three sections with transversely arranged moldings. There are circular openings arranged for the clock on each façade of the upper section.
