Location: It is located in Kayseri Province, Melikgazi District, Hunat Neighborhood. Date: It was made in the years 1276-1279. Who Built it: It is not known by whom it was built. For Whom It Was Built: It was built in the name of Princess Shah Cihan Hatun. Moreover; The reason why this cupola is called Döner Kümbet is due to the polygonal nature of the work. Also known as Shah Cihan Hatun Cupola. Who is Shah Cihan Hatun: She is the daughter of the Anatolian Seljuk Sultan Alaaddin Keykubad I. It is one of the most beautiful examples of Seljuk works in Kayseri. Figurative, geometric, vegetal and muqarnas stone ornaments reflect the magnificence of Turkish art. It is written in its inscription, "This tomb belongs to the happy Shah Cihan Hatun, who has won God's approval."
